Working conditions
magneticGear pumpThe density of the conveying medium is not more than 1300kg/m3, and the viscosity is not more than 30 吆-6m3/S without ferromagnetic and fiber liquid. The rated temperature of the conventional magnetic drive pump is metal or F46 lining. The maximum working temperature is 80℃ and the rated pressure is 1.6MPa; the operating temperature of the high-temperature magnetic pump is ≤350℃; for the pump body, the maximum temperature is not metal. Above 60℃, the rated pressure is 0.6MPa.
For liquids with a density greater than 1600kg/m3, the magnetic coupling needs to be designed separately.
The bearings of the magnetic gear pump are lubricated and cooled by the conveyed medium, and no-load operation of the drum magnetic pump is strictly prohibited.
The magnetic gear pump eliminates the mechanical seal and completely eliminates the inevitable running, emitting, dripping and leakage of the mechanical seal centrifugal pump. It is the best choice for a leak-free factory.
