Three Experiences in Realizing Energy Saving of Cement Ball Mill

Experience 1: The contact wrap angle between the main bearing of the cement ball mill and the alloy tile has a greater impact on the electrical consumption of the ball mill. On the premise of ensuring safety, the smaller the wrap angle, the better. According to the information, the advanced level of the wrap angle is 15°. Just like the two mills on the front line, the wrap angle is 55° at the beginning of the installation, and then adjusted to 35°, the power consumption is significantly reduced. The series of sand making machines, sand making equipment, sand production line equipment and other sand making equipment produced by crusher manufacturers are reasonable in price and reliable in performance. They are the first choice for manual sand making.

Experience 2: Correct use of lubricating oil in winter. Especially in the north, if lubricating oil with higher viscosity is still used in winter, it will cause a significant increase in power consumption.

Experience 3: The selection of auxiliary equipment must be greater than that of the host equipment. The data shows that the first-line grinding hoist is a BH450 hoist, and the maximum hoisting capacity is 270t/h. Since the output of the mill is increased from the designed 75t/h to 105t/h, the system is limited by the capacity of the hoist. At that time, the output could not be further improved, and technical transformation had to be carried out.
