As the weather gradually gets colder, many people are still hesitating whether to buy a block machine now. Maybe it can only be produced in winter. Then in the cold winter, can we produce block machines? If you want to produce pads in winter, you must pay attention to the following items in the production of pad machines: 1. Winter production measures must be reasonable, and technical personnel must be trained in winter production technology. At the same time, do a good job of anti-skid and anti-freeze work to ensure safe production. 2. The materials used in the production of the block machine should avoid freezing. The materials should be used as soon as they are mixed, not to accumulate too much. It should be sprinkled with warm water during mixing to prevent ice, snow and frozen blocks from entering the mixer and affecting the quality of the cushion. 3. If the temperature is too low, it will directly affect the quality of the concrete block. Add admixture (antifreeze) when mixing, and stop production if the conditions are not available. 4. The finished pad of the pad machine must be covered with moisturizing materials. When the temperature is lower than 0°C, the raw materials and finished products shall be covered with warmth. The curing time shall not be less than 45 days. The strength test must be done before use. The storage of various materials and the placement of finished products on site shall be regulated. Blocks that are frozen after being soaked in water cannot be used.
