Main structural performance and characteristics
★The main components of the machine tool: bed, workbench, beams, left and right columns, connecting beams, and gantry tops are all resin sand molding, high-quality high-alloy wear-resistant cast iron castings, annealing in hot sandpit → vibration aging → hot furnace annealing → vibration aging →Rough machining→vibration aging→hot furnace annealing→vibration aging→finish machining, completely eliminate the negative stress of the machine parts, and maintain the stable performance of the machine parts.
★The bed and table guide rails adopt static pressure unloading and wear-resistant coating technology to ensure low-speed stability and accuracy retention.
★The three-way feed of the machine tool and the feed of the milling head adopt a separate drive mode, so that each part can run independently and improve work efficiency.
★The main shaft of the ram-type boring and milling head is automatically shifted, the feed is driven by a ball screw pair, and a hydraulic balance cylinder device is used to balance the weight of the ram.
★According to user requirements, various accessory milling heads can be provided to further expand the scope of use.
★The electromechanical control system adopts PLC and digital AC servo control technology to achieve high-precision and high-reliability control.
