Graphite, especially impregnated graphite, has good self-lubricating properties, heat-resistant corrosion, low friction coefficient, and a wide range of applications. However, graphite is brittle and low in strength. It is very sensitive to shaft bending and local overload, so special attention should be paid. The three-layer composite bearing with steel as the base body, porous bronze as the middle layer and plastic as the surface layer has high compressive strength, low friction coefficient, stable size, sound absorption and shock absorption, and has been used in recent years.

1. The structural characteristics of the heat transfer oil pump

The heat-conducting oil pump is composed of a coupling, a drive motor, and the pump. The left end of the pump shaft is equipped with an impeller, the pump shaft is supported by a sliding bearing, and the right end is equipped with an internal magnetic rotor. The bracket connects the pump and the motor and ensures the position accuracy of the inner and outer magnetic rotors, and the wire drawing machine.

The pump generally selects corrosion-resistant, high-strength engineering plastics, corundum ceramics, stainless steel, etc. as materials, which have good corrosion resistance and can protect the conveyed medium from pollution. Sealing characteristics of heat transfer oil pump:

The packing seal uses high temperature resistant packing, which has good thermal adaptability, while the mechanical seal uses cemented carbide materials with high mechanical strength and good wear resistance to ensure The sealing performance under high temperature conditions is improved.

(2) Imported polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE for short) is used as the lip seal, which makes the sealing performance a leap. The reliability is 25 times higher than that of rubber seals, and the corrosion resistance is extremely strong.
