When the thickness of the grinding wheel is not uniform, it should be corrected again so that the thickness of the grinding wheel can reach a moderate state.

At the same time, it is necessary to remove the seismic source of the walking center lathe. For example: working table rack and pinion, table surface impact, gear meshing gap is too small, and there are seismic sources around. The gap should be less than or equal to 0.02mm as much as possible, and the relevant operators should carefully read the relevant operation items of the CNC lathe.
