It is necessary to wear a safety helmet, braids should be put in the hat, no skirts, slippers.

2. The operator of the machine tool must understand the main structure, function and use method of the shearing machine.

3. The machine tool is suitable for cutting various steel plates, copper plates, aluminum plates and non-metallic materials whose material thickness is the rated value of the machine tool, and must be materials free of hard marks, welding slag, slag inclusions, and welds, and over-thickness is not allowed.

4. How to use the machine tool: a. Adjust the blade gap according to the thickness of the material to be cut.

b. Adjust the profiling or fixture according to the width of the material to be cut.

C. Before the machine tool is operated, make 1-3 idle strokes, and then the cutting work can be carried out after it is normal.

5. If the machine is found to be operating abnormally during use, immediately block the power supply and shut down for inspection.

6. When adjusting the machine tool, the power supply must be blocked. When moving the workpiece, pay attention to the safety of the hand.

7. All parts of the machine tool should be kept lubricated. The operator should fill the lubricating oil once every shift, and the mechanics should fill the lubricating oil once every six months on the movable bearing part.
